Ziraat Bank implements a CSR project
Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan, which always gives importance to socially oriented projects in its activities, has launched a project dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, under the slogan "Let's create our world of equality together" in order to support the integration of people with hearing and speech impairments into society.
The purpose of the training is to create conditions for people with hearing and speech disabilities to comfortably use Bank services and obtain information without obstacles. With the knowledge gained from the training, Bank employees will communicate silently with customers with hearing and speech disabilities and support them to use the Bank's products and services and perform bank transactions comfortably.
It should be noted that Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan organizes this training program together with DanceAbility Azerbaijan Performance Company and Silent Communication - JDID Public Union. The training is carried out not only for branch employees, but for employees working in all departments of the Bank.
