World Down Syndrome Day was celebrated at Expressbank

One of the main values of successful companies in the modern world is inclusiveness and equal opportunities. Expressbank constantly supports the social development of our society with its work in this direction.
One of the steps taken by the bank towards building an inclusive society was the project implemented within the framework of the World Down Syndrome Day. Expressbank, with the support of the Rehabilitation Center for People with Down Syndrome under the "Care - For a Healthy Generation" Public Union, hosted young people with Down syndrome at its head office on this special day, creating conditions for them to get acquainted with the work environment. Within the framework of the project, young people closely observed the work processes in various departments of the bank, communicated with the team, and gained initial practical knowledge about the business world.
The aim of the project, implemented under the slogan "Equal Opportunities - Different Future", was to express support for the integration of these young people into the business world, as well as to encourage them to discover their areas of interest and career directions.
At the end of the project, young people were invited to a tea party. Along with the bank's employees, the management members also took an individual interest in the youth and listened to their views on the future. Each young person who showed interest in the project and participated was presented with a letter of appreciation and gadgets by the bank.
It should be noted that "Expressbank" always approaches its social responsibility towards children and youth with sensitivity and regularly implements projects in this direction.
