"Woman Bazaar 4 - Sustainable Development Festival" supported by PASHA Holding has come to an end under the slogan "Let your gift be your support!"

“Woman Bazaar 4 – Sustainable Development Festival”, held at Passage 1901 on March 1-2 with the support of PASHA Holding, was dedicated to March 8 – International Women’s Day.
The festival aimed to develop the entrepreneurial activities of women from vulnerable groups and strengthen their economic independence.
This year, training and mentoring programs were organized for 60 women throughout February before the festival. During the two days of the festival, women had the opportunity to present their brands and sell their products. In addition, various corners, master classes, panel discussions and music programs were also organized for the festival participants.
The festival began with official opening speeches on March 1. The opening was addressed by Maryam Majidova, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Gender Hub Azerbaijan, Vladanka Andreyeva, UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, Fergus Auld, British Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Gunay Adigozalova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of SME and Project Manager of “Woman Bazaar”.
After the opening speeches, the Unibox Social Business Project was presented and certificates were presented to female entrepreneurs who participated in the festival. During the day, speeches were held on the topics of “Women for Women” and “Women in Business”, as well as musical performances by performers such as the Aynaband music group, Narmin Abdul and Konul Manel.
In the evening, a panel discussion was organized on the topic of “Family and Entrepreneurship: How to Strike a Balance for Female Entrepreneurs?”. Experts such as Nigar Sultanova, Parvana Bayramova, Jala Hajiyeva and Samira Gasimova shared their views on the difficulties faced by female entrepreneurs and existing support mechanisms.
March 2 - the second day of the festival continued with speeches by female entrepreneurs such as Shahla Babayeva, Reyhane Hajiyeva, Ulduz Khalilova. During the day, Javidan Fatehi, Ayselin dance group and Tural Turan brothers provided unforgettable moments for festival participants with their musical programs.
In total, 60 female entrepreneurs were given the opportunity to present their products to a wide audience during the festival, contributing to strengthening women's economic freedom.
It should be noted that the topic of female entrepreneurship occupies an important place in PASHA Holding's CSR strategy. In this direction, PASHA Holding and its subsidiaries implement various projects, including the AFAQ project, Ana Sahibkar, and Women Bazaar projects. It should be noted that last year, PASHA Holding also supported the Azerbaijani national volleyball team.
