VTB (Azerbaijan) supported Vagif Mustafazadeh's anniversary concert

A concert dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Vagif Mustafazadeh, an outstanding jazz pianist and composer of Azerbaijan, one of the founders of jazz music in our country, Honored Artist, was held at the Heydar Aliyev Palace. VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) sponsored the event.
The concert featured performances by well-known jazz musicians, national and honored artists, and laureates of international competitions. Among the participants there was Vagif Mustafazadeh's daughter, jazz performer and People's Artist of Azerbaijan Aziza Mustafazadeh, along with her son Ramiz Khan, as well as other guests.
"The concert dedicated to Vagif Mustafazadeh's 85th anniversary is of great importance in terms of preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Azerbaijan. This is not only a tribute to the memory of the great composer, but also an important step towards supporting the values that unite our society," said Yevgeny Borodin, Member of the Board of Directors of VTB (Azerbaijan), Director of the Retail Business Development Department.
VTB (Azerbaijan) traditionally supports projects in the field of culture in our country. In 2024, the bank became a partner of International Jazz Day. In 2024 and 2025, VTB (Azerbaijan) also supported the organization of a literary and musical evening dedicated to the birthday of Vladimir Vysotsky.
