This year, 400 people with disabilities were provided with Rehabus service
"Rehabus" service was provided to 400 people with disabilities within the framework of the project of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
Within the framework of this service, rehabilitation buses take persons involved in the rehabilitation course to the Children's Rehabilitation Center No. 2 of the Agency in Baku and the Baku Rehabilitation Center from areas close to their addresses and deliver them to those centers free of charge and then, return them again to the places where they were picked up.
The purpose of the project is to increase the accessibility of ambulatory and community-based rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities living in Baku and surrounding areas, to ensure easy and convenient access to the relevant institutions.
