"Spring Camp" on informatics was organized with the support of Azercell

In order to develop the knowledge and skills of students preparing for the international Olympiads in Informatics, a “Spring Camp” was organized on March 23-28, 2025 at the Chemistry-Biology-oriented Lyceum of Shamkir region. The main goal of the project, supported by Azercell, is to increase the level of preparation of schoolchildren for the Olympiads, strengthen team spirit and promote knowledge exchange among participants.
Within the framework of the intensive program, participants participated in competitions in accordance with the format of international Olympiads every day. During the sessions, solutions to the presented problems were explained, and discussions were held around new topics. At the same time, mock exams and intellectual games were also organized for schoolchildren.
Since 2017, Azercell has been supporting the preparation process of young talents for the international Olympiads in informatics in order to contribute to the development of digital literacy within the framework of joint cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Education and the Institute of Education. Over the years, students from both the capital and regional schools have successfully represented our country by winning a total of 90 medals in international programming competitions across various age groups.
