SHE Congress dedicated to women's leadership was held with the support of Yelo Bank

For the second year in a row, Yelo Bank supports SHE Congress, the largest event in the region dedicated to women's leadership. The theme of this year's congress, which was attended by more than 500 local and foreign women distinguished by their success in different spheres, was "The Power of Now: Live the Moment!" Challenges faced by women in the field of business and personal development, solutions, and successful strategies applied by companies in their activities were discussed at the event.
Yelo Bank was represented at the event by Chairman of the Board of Directors Anar Hasanov and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Gunay Jalilova. In his speech, Anar Hasanov talked about the importance of inclusiveness in business and assessed the current situation in the world and in our country. Later, together with Gunay Jalilova, they took part in a panel discussion moderated by Tatyana Mikayilova, the founder of "Azerbaijan Business Women" organization. In their speeches, they talked about insufficient representation of female representatives in leadership roles, especially in the financial sector. The panel highlighted the important role of diversity in the operation of companies and strategies that can be used to develop an inclusive environment in businesses.
The event continued with different speeches, success stories and inspiring panel discussions. Participants also had the opportunity to exchange ideas, learn best practices, and make useful connections. In addition to all this, the event was also remembered for surprise gifts.
