Santa Claus in remote villages

Santa Claus in remote villages

The "Biz Birlikdəyik" ("We Are Together") team brought New Year's joy to the most remote villages of Azerbaijan by implementing the "Santa Claus in Villages" project, which is the third in number this year. This year, 1060 children were presented with New Year's gifts by visiting the villages of Jimjimakh, Sabunchu, Alasgar, Lekit-Kotuklu, Lekit, Gashgachay, Zarna, Armudlu, Ashagi Malakh, Kurkun, Geray, Susay and Uzunmesha in Zagatala, Gakh and Guba regions.

During the month-long donation campaign, more than 2,000 gifts were collected, and gifts for children's education and development were purchased with the funds collected. Based on the principle that gifts should be suitable for children's psychological and physical health, the team organized the collection and purchase of gifts. This includes gifts that will contribute to children's development, such as age-appropriate toys, books, logic games and school supplies.

Within the framework of the project, toys, warm clothes and hygiene materials were delivered to the children living in the shelters "Təmiz Dünya" ("Clean World") and "İşıqlı Ev" ("Light House").
