Rabitabank supports Agdam village school on World Book Day
In order to support the development of science, education and enlightenment, "Rabitabank" implemented another successful project in connection with April 23 - World Book Day. Thus, the bank donated school supplies and books for more than 100 students studying in the primary school of Alibeyli village secondary school named after A. Allahverdiyev, Agdam region. The goal is to encourage children to read, to support the formation of the habit of reading books and to instill the importance of education.
The books presented to the schoolchildren in the campaign supported by the Ministry of Science and Education include classical and modern literature. This includes fairy tales, children's literature, examples of world and Azerbaijani literature, and other books. In addition, bags, pens, notebooks, colored pencils, drawing books and other stationery were presented to the children.
It should be noted that "Rabitabank" has already made it a tradition to provide schoolchildren with books. Thus, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the bank and the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, with the organizational support of "Kitab Gazar", it visited 30 remote village schools in different regions of Azerbaijan and built libraries for the students studying there.
In addition, the bank visited school number 130 in Nardaran settlement of Baku, met with schoolchildren and presented them with more than 400 books. The goal is to increase the love and interest in reading among the students by building new libraries consisting of the presented books, and encourage them to achieve great goals in the future.
