Presentation ceremony of the "AWITA 2024" award was held under the golden sponsorship of "PASHA Bank" and organized by "Femmes Digitales" public association.

AWITA (Azerbaijani Women in IT Awards) is an annual event to celebrate the achievements of women in technology and support diversity. This year's AWITA award is dedicated to the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change held in Azerbaijan.

This year, for the first time, artificial intelligence was used in the evaluation of applications. As a result, the winners of 12 nominations were determined and the most successful women working in the field of information technologies of Azerbaijan were presented with the "AWITA 2024" award.

"PASHA Bank" supports a number of initiatives aimed at ensuring gender equality and strengthening the role of women.
