By planting 600 trees, the campaign contributes to the protection of the environment and the increase of green areas. This initiative helps combat deforestation, improve air quality, and promote biodiversity. Additionally, the campaign has a direct impact on the local community, as each tree planted provides approximately 120 kilograms of oxygen to the atmosphere annually, which is sufficient to support the breathing needs of 1,800 people.

  2. Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement: PASHA Holding's commitment to hold regular tree planting campaigns in the future demonstrates its dedication to sustainability. By incorporating tree planting into their CSR program, the company ensures the longevity and continuity of their efforts towards environmental conservation. Through active participation, employees become personally invested in the campaign, fostering a sense of ownership and shared responsibility for the environment.

  3. Measurable Outcomes: The tree planting campaign's outcomes can be measured in terms of the number of trees planted and the amount of oxygen they produce. Planting 600 trees not only contributes to the local ecosystem but also provides a tangible measure of the campaign's success. Additionally, the impact on air quality can be quantified by estimating the number of people benefited by the oxygen produced. These measurable outcomes allow PASHA Holding to track and evaluate the success of their campaign over time.

To further improve its CSR project, PASHA Holding could consider the following suggestions:

  1. Long-term commitment: Instead of organizing one-off tree planting campaigns, PASHA Holding could make a long-term commitment to environmental sustainability. This could involve establishing partnerships with local environmental organizations or creating its own dedicated environmental department.

  2. Stakeholder engagement: PASHA Holding could involve a wider range of stakeholders in its CSR initiatives, such as local communities, schools, and environmental experts. This would not only increase the impact of the project but also foster a sense of ownership and collaboration among the participants.

  3. Impact assessment: Conducting regular impact assessments would help PASHA Holding understand the effectiveness of its tree planting campaigns. By measuring the number of trees that survive, the increase in green cover, and the overall environmental impact, the company can make informed decisions for future initiatives.

  4. Awareness and education: PASHA Holding could complement its tree planting campaigns with educational programs to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation. This could include workshops, seminars, or even the development of educational materials that can be distributed to schools and local communities.

  5. Collaboration with local organizations: Partnering with local environmental organizations or government bodies could provide PASHA Holding with valuable expertise and resources. This collaboration can help identify suitable locations for tree planting, ensure the use of native tree species, and establish sustainable maintenance practices.

  6. Employee engagement: Encouraging employees to actively participate in CSR initiatives can create a sense of pride and ownership. PASHA Holding could organize internal competitions, recognition programs, or even provide paid volunteer leave to further encourage employee involvement.

  7. Transparency and communication: Enhancing transparency in the CSR project by sharing regular updates, progress reports, and impact assessment findings can help build trust with stakeholders. PASHA Holding could also consider creating a dedicated CSR section on its website or sharing project updates through social media platforms.

By implementing these suggestions, PASHA Holding can enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of its CSR project, making a greater positive impact on the environment and the community.
