Kapital Bank continues to create new career opportunities for students

Kapital Bank, the first bank of the country, often comes up with projects that serve the sustainable development of society in accordance with the strategy of Corporate Social Responsibility. Among these projects, the direction of "Educational support" has a special place.

"Kapital Bank" rooms that meet modern technological standards operate at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, Azerbaijan University of Technology and Baku Engineering University. Here, in addition to receiving education according to the requirements of the modern age, students are periodically involved in training by professionals working in the bank, and at the same time, they join master classes and exchange ideas with successful professionals in the business world. The next training in this direction was held at Baku Engineering University and Azerbaijan University of Technology located in Ganja.

Recently, the head of Kapital Bank's Ganja branch, Vugar Pashayev, gave a speech in front of the students of the Azerbaijan University of Technology on the topic "Success project and modern banking". Topics such as "Correct time management", "The role of emotional intelligence and soft skills in business life", "Modern trends in banking", "Digitalization" were discussed in the training. It was remembered for the interactivity of the training and the active participation of young people, in which 50 students joined.

The students of Baku Engineering University participated in a series of 3-day trainings. The training, which takes place in the "Kapital Bank" room operating in the higher school, is dedicated to the topic of "Cyber ​​Defense", which is one of the global trends of the modern era. On the first day of the training, Ibrahim Aliyev, Head of Applied Software Security of the Bank's Information Security Department, and Farhad Abdulkarimov, an employee of the department, shared their knowledge on "Career in Cyber ​​Security" with the students. Career opportunities in this direction, future prospects of cyber security were discussed in the training attended by the 1st year students of the Cyber ​​Security Faculty.
