Chairman of the Board of Directors of "AzerGold" CJSC held the first meeting with the winner of the 3rd "Yukselish" competition

Zakir Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Management Board of "AzerGold" Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC), held his first meeting with Vugar Mamedov, one of the project winners within the mentoring program of the 3rd "Yukselish" competition.

Zakir Ibrahimov, who congratulated the participant of the mentoring program on the occasion of being among the winners of the 3rd "Yukselish" competition, told that by involving him in practical activities, a foundation will be created for the development of his existing potential, professional habits, knowledge and skills, and experience in the field of management, necessary support will be provided for increase of his experience. As one of the managing directors of the project, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "AzerGold" CJSC emphasized that he will closely cooperate with the winner of the competition based on a 1-year personal development plan, share his experience with him and thus help him to reveal his potential.

At the meeting, the winner of the competition, Vugar Mamedov, expressed his gratitude for the conditions and sincere reception created for his self-development. He pointed out that he will try to get the maximum benefit from the recommendations of the managing director during the program.

It should be noted that the "Yukselish" competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019. The competition includes citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a higher education, aged 21-51, with two years of management experience. The competition consists of 5 stages - registration, online selection, face-to-face interview, semi-final and final. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan and a self-development grant in the amount of 20,000 manats each from the management leaders (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html).

It should be noted that the Decree was signed on December 25, 2023 by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the holding of the 4th "Yukselish" competition.
