"AzerGold" CJSC was awarded 2 awards in the field of CSR in 2023
"AzerGold" Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC) successfully continued its activities in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in 2023.
Last year, the CJSC implemented projects on education, health, micro-entrepreneurship, agrarian development, ecology, women's employment, contribution to historical and cultural heritage and other areas.
On April 11, 2023, the regional Autism Center was officially opened in the city of Ganja in partnership with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Also, in April of last year, a mobile eye examination action was held in Dashkasan region together with the National Ophthalmology Center named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva. In July of last year, a mobile medical examination action was organized in Dashkasan region together with "Regional Development" Public Union of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and Baku Health Center. In addition, "Support to the development of beekeeping in Dashkasan region" in cooperation with the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, "Support to agricultural development in Dashkasan and Goygol regions" in cooperation with the Agrarian Services Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, "Increasing the employment of women in Dashkasan region" jointly with the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and other projects were successfully implemented.
In general, the projects implemented by the CJSC in the field of CSR were highly appreciated by the public. Thus, "AzerGold" CJSC was presented with the "National CSR Award" and the "Autism Friend" award for the first time for the effective activity carried out since 2022 in the direction of the individual development of children with autism spectrum disorders in our country.
