"AzerGold" CJSC provided permanent employment to 285 war participants and family members of martyrs
"AzerGold" Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC), which is successfully operating in the mining sector of our country, continues to contribute to the policy of the state in the direction of development of non-oil sector, socio-economic progress of the regions, and increasing of employment.
In 2023, a total of 285 people were permanently employed in the subsidiary companies of the CJSC - "Dashkasan Demir Filiz" LLC and "AzerBlast" LLC.
In connection with the implementation of mining projects in 2023, both "AzerGold" CJSC and its subsidiary companies are continuing to open new jobs and increase the number of permanent employees. According to the new staff tables approved this year, it is planned to increase the number of employees to 1041 people, including 750 people in "AzerGold" CJSC, and 291 people in subsidiary companies.
One of the important issues in the process of recruiting new employees is the employment of war veterans, as well as family members of martyrs.
It should be noted that as a result of the activity of "AzerGold" CJSC, which is one of the most demanding companies in the labor market of our country, a total of 285 war participants and family members of martyrs have been provided with permanent employment.
