"Araz" supermarket chain continues the internship program for young people
"Araz" Academy of "Araz" supermarket chain continues the experience program "First step in a career". More than 220 young people have participated in the program since 2022. 33 in 2022, 71 in 2023, and 117 people graduated from the program in 2024.They had internships in various structures such as human resources, accounting, quality control, marketing, and IT.
The purpose of conducting the internship program is to contribute to the development of personnel potential in our country, to provide an opportunity for young people with higher education to gain experience in a professional work environment, and to support their employment. The project gives young people the opportunity to learn and gain experience working in various areas of the retail trade sector.
Young people who join the "Araz" Academy are trained at the initial stage, and then they are involved in the experience in various structures of the company. Young people who start their working life in "Araz" develop their knowledge and skills by participating in various projects and daily operations of the company. Also, they took the first steps to achieve career advancement in "Araz".
The next admission to the academy's "First step in a career" internship program will continue until September 15. Young people with higher education who want to participate in the program can send their CV forms to the e-mail address career@retail.az, noting "First step in career".
It should be noted that the "Araz" supermarket chain, which is part of the Veysaloglu Group of Companies, actively participates in providing employment for the country's population and training professional personnel in the labor market.
