"AccessBank" is starting the "Access2Success" project for the third time with the support of the EBRD
"AccessBank" announces the launch of the "Access2Success" project for the third time in order to support women's entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan.
The project will be implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). This unique project provides participants with the resources, knowledge and support they need to successfully grow their businesses.
The goal of the "Access2Success" project is to create a favorable environment for women who want to realize their business ideas and strengthen their position in the market. Project participants will have access to educational programs, expert consultations and networking opportunities. The project includes training and mentoring programs covering financial management, marketing, strategic planning and other topics.
Applications for participation in the "Access2Success" project are being accepted from today, and women entrepreneurs from any sector of the economy are invited to join this initiative.

The first "Access2Success" project was launched in 2022 and about 250 candidates applied for participation. Among them, 53 people who met the requirements participated in the training. The next "Access2Success-2" project was implemented in 2023. 50 women participated in this project, selected among more than 250 applications.
Participants represented areas such as consulting, tourism, education, healthcare, eco-products, decor, clothing and accessories. In the 5-week "Access2Success" project, women entrepreneurs were trained in strategic business development, crisis management, reporting to government agencies, sales, marketing, e-commerce, personnel management, and business control.
"AccessBank" has been serving small and medium businesses since 2002 as a leader in the microfinancing market of Azerbaijan.
