A sponsorship agreement was signed between Rabitabank and AFFA

A sponsorship agreement was signed between AFFA and Rabitabank OJSC. The contract was signed by AFFA President Rovnag Abdullayev and Chairman of the Board of Rabitabank OJSC Aydin Huseynov. According to the sponsorship agreement, the name and logo of Rabitabank, a new member of the football family, will be displayed on the uniforms of professional referees who will be assigned to the Azerbaijan Premier League games.

President of AFFA R.Abdullayev spoke at the event and said that it is gratifying that reputable companies are showing interest in the Azerbaijani football family. He thanked the management of Rabitabank for their cooperation and attention to the country's football. Speaking about Azerbaijan's football refereeing, R.Abdullayev said that the decision made by the legendary referee Tofig Bahramov in the final match of the World Championship held in England in 1966 is still remembered as an unforgettable moment in the world football community. Stating that the tradition of Azerbaijan refereeing school continues, the president of AFFA pointed out that thanks to the new cooperation with Rabitabank, steps will be taken in the direction of educating young judges.

Chairman of the Board of Rabitabank OJSC Aydin Huseynov said that football is a popular sport in the world and in our country. Appreciating the work done in the direction of development of the country's football, A. Huseynov noted that they feel satisfied to invest in football as the bank within the framework of social responsibility.
