A social project for people with hearing and speech impairments by ASCO

"Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company" JSC (ASCO) has implemented a social project called "Bridge to Silence" in connection with the International Day of People with Hearing and Speech Impairments at "Surakhani" ship-museum.

The main goal of the project, implemented jointly with the "Social Assistance to People with Hearing and Speech impairments" Public Union within the framework of ASCO's Corporate Social Responsibility, is to take care of people with hearing and speech disabilities and to contribute to the work done in the direction of their integration into society.

Within the framework of the project, a tour for people with hearing and speech disabilities was organized to the world's first tanker-museum. All video content in the museum is subtitled. Also, with the help of Nargiz Abdulova, a sign language interpreter, the visitors were informed about the history of the museum.

In addition, a special master class for people with hearing and speech disabilities was organized in the museum.
