A project to support the development and vocational education of women with limited health opportunities was implemented

With the financial support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the project "Support for vocational education of women with limited health opportunities" was implemented by the Support for Innovative Education of Women and Children PU.

The project was completed with a certain organizational support of the Social Research Center within the framework of the program of the project that serves the development of the vulnerable social class of the society (during the period 16.07.24 - 20.07.24), consisting of a total of 12 hours. During the project, consisting of two parts, the ladies learned decorative applied art (making home decors, creative materials, etc.) and design samples (certificates, brochures, resumes, etc.).

Thanks to the knowledge they have learned, the project participants will be able to turn their skills into a business product and achieve an opportunity for sustainable development by earning an active economic return. It is planned to provide bloggers with additional support in this direction to create online pages that showcase their handiwork.

Finally, along with the participants, the heads of civil society organizations and active public figures took part in the closing ceremony of the project, which took place on July 27. A small exhibition of the participants' handiwork was organized, and certificates of successful completion of the training were presented to the participants.

In the end, guests, who wished success in their future activities to the members of the vulnerable group whose lives were supported by the special contribution of the project, voiced their suggestions and recommendations regarding their continuous support. Participants who stated that the project gave them the necessary skills, expressed their satisfaction with the care provided to members of the vulnerable group and expressed their hope that the project will be sustainable.
