722 students graduated from ABB Tech Academy in 5 years

It has been 5 years since the start of the ABB Tech Academy created by ABB. The Academy was established in 2019 as part of the Bank's corporate social responsibility project. The purpose of the educational institution is to support the training of professional information technology specialists, taking into account the needs of the labor market of our country.
The first programs of the Academy were free of charge within the framework of this social project, realized for the first time in the business environment of our country. In subsequent programs, ABB, together with its partners such as the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, bp, created the opportunity to study with scholarships for talented students who showed high results during the admission procedures.
In 5 years, 722 people graduated from different programs of ABB Tech Academy. Currently, 47 students, including 26 girls and 21 boys, continue their studies at the Academy. 30% of the graduates work in different projects of ABB, and 70% work in different local and foreign companies. The employment rate of graduates of ABB Tech Academy is 82%.
It should be noted that the Bank's ABB Innovation Center is also active. More than 40 startup projects have successfully completed the incubation stage and been presented to investors in the Center Established in 2020.
